SECTION 165:20-7-6. Annual report

Latest version.

(a) Each operator of a hazardous liquid pipeline shall submit an annual report on United States Department of Transportation PHMSA Form F 7000-1.1 for each type of hazardous liquid facility operated at the end of the previous year. This report must be submitted each year, not later than June 15^th for the preceding calendar year.
(b) Each operator shall complete all required sections of United States Department of Transportation PHMSA Form F 7000-1.1 regardless of its total mileage of pipeline in the state.
