- (a) An interstate motor carrier with valid intrastate authority issued pursuant to OAC 165:30-3 or OAC 165:30-15, must maintain liability insurance on file as prescribed in OAC 165:30-3-11 or OAC 165:30-15-6, to retain its intrastate authority.(b) If a motor carrier's authorization to operate interstate is canceled, whether voluntary or involuntary, the motor carrier must immediately make application to the Commission for intrastate authority renewal and identification devices. Failure to make application within sixty (60) days shall cause the motor carrier's intrastate license to expire.
