SECTION 165:30-21-11. License renewal

- (a) A renewal license and decals for the following calendar year will be issued upon application and payment of all fees prescribed by law or rules of the Commission, if the license has not been revoked or canceled, all returns have been filed, and all motor fuels use taxes, penalties and interest due have been paid.(b) Licensees whose renewal application is not received on or before the expiration date shall be subject to enforcement for display of credentials on the day following the expiration date.
