  • (a)   Any notice required by law, the Commission's Rules of Practice, OAC 165:5, or this Chapter to be served upon or mailed to any holder of a permit shall be delivered or mailed to the last known email or mailing address as reflected by the records of the Commission. It is the duty of every holder of a permit to notify the Transportation Division by specific written request (TDF 17) of any change in the email address, address of the principal place of business or mailing address thereof.
    (b)   Any TNC that has not filed a written designation of service agent with the Commission shall be deemed to have designated the Secretary of State of Oklahoma for the purpose of service of process by the Commission.
    (c)   Where such notice is required by law, Commission's Rules of Practice, OAC 165:5, or this Chapter is returned undeliverable, it will be grounds for revocation of the permit.
