SECTION 165:35-31-2. Determination of confidential information

- (a) If a utility that seeks to provide electric utility services is required by this Subchapter to submit information to the Commission that is alleged to be confidential, a motion for a protective order concerning said confidential information may be filed requesting a determination be made by the Commission to protect said information pursuant to 51 O.S. § 24A.22.(b) After a determination regarding approval of any protective order by the Commission, PUD, and the Attorney General's Office may, at its option, review the information claimed to be confidential at a mutually agreed upon location.(c) In the absence of a protective order, all information considered by the Commission in establishing utility tariffs and in determining compliance with the rules of this Subchapter shall not be maintained in confidence by the Commission.
