SECTION 165:35-39-1. Purpose and Scope of this Subchapter

- (a) The purpose of this Subchapter is to establish fair and reasonable rules and procedures for the Minimum Filing Requirements ("MFR") associated with the annual audit of fuel, purchased power cost recovery and purchased power supply acquisitions, of a utility ("Fuel Audit"), including but not limited to Prudence Reviews. These MFRs set forth the information to be filed and the documentation to be made available for examination by PUD Staff, the Attorney General, and to those parties that have intervened in the proceeding, subject to the appropriate confidentiality measures.(b) It is the intent of the Commission to establish a set of standards for the filing of MFR Packages that will facilitate the Commission's responsibilities in conducting Fuel Audits and Prudence Reviews and reflect the practices and policies of the Commission.
