SECTION 165:5-1-11. Scope

(a) All documents submitted electronically to the Court Clerk for filing in a proceeding shall conform to the rules and procedures for electronic filing. Any filing not conforming to the rules and procedures for electronic filing may be rejected by the Court Clerk.
(b) Users of the Electronic Filing System shall comply with all applicable instructions, registration requirements, and the user agreement for electronic filing appearing on the Commission's website.
