Chapter 59. Oklahoma Universal Service and Oklahoma Lifeline |
Subchapter 7. Special Universal Services |
SECTION 165:59-7-10. Other sources of funds
Latest version.
- (a) OUSF Beneficiaries should make every reasonable effort to seek other sources of funding from State or federal funds, to minimize the impact on the OUSF. This includes completing the application process and requesting disbursement of funds from the federal fund administrator when funding is approved.(b) Completing alternative funding requests in a manner that results in reduced alternative funding, for which the OUSF Beneficiary would have otherwise been eligible, may reduce OUSF funding.(c) In the event that federal universal service funding programs offer to match state funds for special construction cost, OUSF Beneficiaries will post bid requests with sufficient lead time for the OUSF Administrator to timely provide preapproval of the selected bid.
