SECTION 175:1-5-8. Board meeting; public notice and agenda; minutes available

- (a) The Board shall meet at its office for the transaction of Board business on the second Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November and at other times deemed advisable.(b) Advanced public notice shall specify the date, time and place of each Board meeting/hearing scheduled to be convened. The public notice shall be posted in prominent public view at the principal office of the Board and at such room or other place of such meeting/hearing.(c) The posting of an agenda shall not preclude the public body from considering at its regularly scheduled meeting any new business not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting of agenda.(d) Upon request, minutes may be transcribed and made available at cost provided written request is made and fee prepaid by party making request.
