SECTION 180:10-5-7. Adjustable rate mortgage loans and variable rate loans

(a) Authorization. State-chartered credit unions are authorized to make adjustable rate mortgage loans and variable rate loans to members.
(b) Index. The choice of an index and adjustments to the interest rate shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Consumer Credit Code and rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
