By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, be placed under the merit system of personnel administration as prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O.S. Supp. 1961, Sections 801-839 inclusive), and the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder by the Oklahoma State Personnel Board. It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: Chief Engineer-Manager, Deputy or Assistant and One Private Secretary.
