By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Executive Order placing the Will Rogers Memorial Commission under the merit system of personnel administration as prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O.S. 1961, Sections 801-839 inclusive), and the Rules and Regulations of the Oklahoma State Personnel Board, be changed to read as follows: It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: One Manager of the Commission.
