I, Frank Keating, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the provisions of Section 840-4.1 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, hereby place the Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board and the employees thereof under the Merit System of Personnel Administration. This executive order shall be forwarded to the Administrator of the Office of Personnel Management and the Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
