I, J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2019, to 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2019, to honor the life and service of Claremore Fire Battalion Chief Marty Osborne. Mr. Osborne is a 32-year veteran of fire service in Oklahoma. His exemplary service to the Claremore Fire Department and our state will not be forgotten. Mr. Osborne leaves behind a loving wife, Carolyn, and three children, one of whom serves our state on the Catoosa Fire Department. This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
