SECTION 200:10-15-5. Special Fund limited obligation

The obligation of the Fund will be limited to the monies on deposit therein, or committed to be deposited therein, and the net proceeds of the General Obligation Bonds. Any description of Insurance shall expressly indicate the limitation of the liability of the Authority and that neither the credit nor the taxing power of this state or any political subdivision thereof shall be available to satisfy any obligations with respect thereto.
