SECTION 210:15-26-2. Program cornerstones

Latest version.

  The components of the program shall consist of the following four cornerstones as defined by House Bill 2019:
(1)   Community-based initiatives;
(2)   Voluntary classroom programs in public schools;
(3)   Cessation assistance; and
(4)   Public education media programs.
