  •   The following words and terms, when used in this Subchapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
    "Arts in Education" program includes:
    (1)   Arts Education--skill development in a specific art form including music, art, drama, dance;
    (2)   Arts in Basic Education--infusion of one or more of the art forms mentioned above into other basic skills such as math, science, social studies etc.;
    (3)   Specialized Arts--appropriate instruction in one or more of the basic art forms to meet the needs of the special child, both gifted and/or handicapped.
