SECTION 218:1-1-2. Definitions

The following words or terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Commission" means the Commission of Educational Quality and Accountability.
"Executive Director" means the Executive Director of the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability.
