SECTION 230:10-7-71. Purchasing supplies

- Purchasing of supplies by the County Election Board shall be made through the County Purchasing Agent. The County Election Board shall make purchasing requests on requisition forms required by the County Purchasing Agent. Upon request, the Secretary shall submit to the County Purchasing Agent a list of supplies, materials and equipment used in common with other county departments. The Secretary shall designate two receiving officers in writing, and this written designation shall be filed with the County Clerk. [19:1504] A receiving officer shall receive all supplies, materials and equipment purchased, lease-purchased or rented by his department and shall identify such items received in a manner prescribed by the county road and bridge inventory officer or Board of County Commissioners or designee. [19:1504] The receiving officer shall also maintain a record of all supplies, materials and equipment received, disbursed, stored and consumed byhis department.
