SECTION 240:10-11-8. Judicial ethics

The hearing officers that conduct Assessment Board hearings shall be governed at all stages of the administrative decision making process by the canons of The Model Code of Judicial Conduct for StateUnemployment Insurance Appeals Officers, established by the National Association of Unemployment Insurance Appellate Boards.
