SECTION 240:10-13-47. Documents and electronically recorded or stored information

Each party to a hearing before the Appeal Tribunal must deliver all documents and electronically recorded or stored evidence to the Appeal Tribunal at least five (5) days before the date of hearing in order for copies to be made and delivered to the opposing party in preparation for the hearing.
