SECTION 252:100-39-4. Exemptions

Latest version.

VOCs with vapor pressures less than 1.5 pounds per square inch absolute (psia) under actual storage conditions are exempt from 252:100-39-16 through 252:100-39-18, 252:100-39-30, and 252:100-39-41.
