- (a) The permit application for a proposed new major stationary source or major modification subject to this Part shall contain the construction permit application content required in OAC 252:100-8-4.(b) In addition to the requirements of OAC 252:100-8-35.1(a), the owner or operator of a proposed new major stationary source or major modification subject to this Part shall supply the following information in the permit application.(1) The owner or operator of a proposed source or modification shall submit all information necessary to perform any analysis or make any determination required under this Part.(2) The permit application shall contain a detailed description of the system of continuous emission reduction planned for the source or modification, emission estimates, and any other information necessary to determine that BACT as applicable would be applied.(3) Upon request of the Director, the owner or operator shall also provide information on:(A) the air quality impact of the source or modification, including meteorological and topographical data necessary to estimate such impact; and(B) the air quality impacts and the nature and extent of any or all general commercial, residential, industrial, and other growth which has occurred since August 7, 1977, in the area the source or modification would affect.
