EDITOR’S NOTE: This section was revoked in 2001 pursuant to Laws 2000, c. 130, § 3. This legislation, which became effective on 4-24-00, assigned rulemaking authority to the Corporation Commission for "administer[ing] a hazardous waste tranportation registration and permitting program for motor carriers engaged in transporting hazardous wastes . . . ."
