SECTION 252:4-11-2. Receipt of complaints

Latest version.

(a)   Complaints may be made by any of the following:
(1)   the toll-free hotline;
(2)   mail, including electronic transmission;
(3)   telephone to any DEQ telephone number; or
(4)   in person at any office of the DEQ.
(b)   Complainants may request to be anonymous or to remain confidential.
