SECTION 252:4-11-4. Notification

- (a) Potential actions. Within two (2) working days of receipt of a complaint, the DEQ shall notify the complainant of the potential actions which may occur to resolve the complaint.(b) Course of action. Within seven (7) working days of the receipt of a complaint, the DEQ shall notify the complainant, in writing, of the action to be taken by the DEQ.(c) Final letter. Within seven (7) working days of determining that there is no longer a DEQ violation, the DEQ shall notify the complainant in writing.(d) Enforcement. Complainants shall be notified of enforcement actions taken in response to a complaint in accordance with 27A O.S. § 2-3-503.
