SECTION 252:4-7-31. Air quality time lines

Latest version.

  The following air quality permits and authorizations shall be technically reviewed and issued or denied within the time frames specified below.
(1)   Construction permits:
(A)   PSD and Part 70 Sources - 365 days.
(B)   Minor Facilities - 180 days.
(2)   Operating permits:
(A)   Part 70 Sources - 540 days.
(B)   Minor Facilities - 365 days.
(3)   Relocation permits - 30 days.
