SECTION 252:410-17-4. Warning devices

- (a) Warning lights. Each entrance to a location designated as a high radiation area shall be equipped with easily observable warning lights that operate only when radiation is being produced.(b) Audible warning device. Each high radiation area must have a device that sends a clear, audible warning that can be heard in all high radiation areas. The warning must be activated for 15 seconds before a location becomes, or could become, a high radiation area.(c) Posting. Barriers, temporary or otherwise, and pathways leading to high radiation areas be posted in accordance with Subchapter 20 requirements.
