- (a) Applicable law. All radiation management applicants are subject to the authorization requirements of this Chapter and the tiered application procedural requirements of the Oklahoma Uniform Environmental Permitting Act, 27A O.S. § 2-14-101 et seq., and Subchapter 7 of OAC 252:4 Rules of Practice and Procedure. Applicants for new, amended or renewed specific licenses under the Radioactive Materials program are also subject to 10 CFR licensing procedures and requirements as incorporated by reference in Subchapter 10.(b) Application classifications. The uniform process to which the applicant is subject is determined by the tier in which the application is classified in accordance with 252:4-7-55, 56, or 57.
