SECTION 252:515-3-35. Engineer of record

- (a) Professional engineer seal required. Maps, drawings, surveys, calculations, information and data submitted in support of permit applications for new solid waste disposal facilities or modifications of existing permits, must be prepared and stamped or sealed by a professional engineer licensed in the State of Oklahoma if the facility serves a population equivalent of 5,000 persons or more.(b) Seal placement. The engineer's stamp or seal shall be placed on the application page. Each map and drawing included in the application shall be stamped or sealed in accordance with the requirements of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.(c) Failure to seal. Documents that are not stamped or sealed in accordance with this Section will be returned to the applicant.
