- (a) Required map. The permit application shall include a completion map showing how the new facility or expansion is expected to look when it is completed, including final contours.(b) Required details. The completion map shall include the permit boundary, disposal boundary, buffer zone, gas and groundwater monitoring well locations, the leachate removal locations, permanent surface drainage structures and aesthetic enhancements.
