SECTION 252:515-9-155. Remedies complete

The remedies shall be considered complete when the groundwater monitoring program demonstrates, for three consecutive years, that the groundwater has been remediated in accordance with the levels approved in the corrective action plan and when all actions required to complete the remedy have been satisfied.
