SECTION 252:606-5-4. Water quality standards variance

Latest version.

Approval for any variance allowed pursuant to the Oklahoma Water Quality Standards must be obtained directly from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and the permittee or applicant must submit written evidence of the same to the DEQ in a timely manner.
