Certification fees.   The following are the fees associated with the soil profiler certification program.
(1)   Annual certification fee -
(A)   $150.00 (Effective July 1, 2008)
(B)   $175.00 (Effective July 1, 2010)
(C)   $200.00 (Effective July 1, 2012)
(2)   Examination fee -
(A)   $100.00 (Effective July 1, 2008)
(B)   $125.00 (Effective July 1, 2010)
(C)   $150.00 (Effective July 1, 2012)
(3)   Late fee - $50.00
(4)   Reinstatement fee - $50.00
(5)   Failure to notify fee - $50.00
