SECTION 252:653-5-2. Construct according to plans and specifications

- (a) Applicants must construct facilities according to the plans and specifications that are approved by DEQ. The permittee must comply with the terms of the permit that is issued. A permit may contain provisions more stringent than these rules in order to meet applicable ground water standards. Any changes to the approved plans and specifications must be submitted and approved in writing by DEQ. The permittee and the permittee's engineer must sign and certify the documentation.(b) The permittee must file as-built plans (plans of record), which identify any changes to DEQ approved plans and specifications and a professional engineer's certification that the construction was completed according to the requirements of this subchapter within six (6) months after the project is completed.
