SECTION 252:690-3-45. Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of temperature criteria to protect the Fish and Wildlife Propagation beneficial use

  The following effluent regulatory flows apply for the implementation of the temperature criterion to protect the Fish and Wildliife Propagation beneficial use:
(1)   Industrial. For industries, Qe(30) is used.
(2)   Municipal. For municipalities treating industrial wastewater having a thermal component, Qe(D) is used.
