SECTION 252:690-3-65. Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of human health criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish Consumption beneficial use

  Use the following effluent regulatory flows:
(1)   Industrial. For industrial facilities, Qe(30) is used as the effluent regulatory flow.
(2)   Municipal. Qe(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
