SECTION 252:690-3-80. Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of mineral constituent criteria to protect the Agriculture beneficial use

Latest version.

  For regulatory flows use the following:
(1)   Industrial. For industries:
(A)   YMS criterion. Qe(LTA) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
(B)   SS criterion. Qe(30) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
(2)   Municipal. Qe(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
