SECTION 260:25-13-38. Employee separations

- An affected employee who does not agree pursuant to Section 840-2.27E of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes to accept severance benefits and who does not have a displacement opportunity shall be separated by the reduction-in-force and shall not receive any severance benefits that would otherwise have been provided.
