SECTION 260:40-1-3. Definitions

- The following words or terms, when used in this Chapter, shall have the following meanings unless context clearly indicates otherwise:"Act" means the Oklahoma State Employees Benefits Act, 74 O.S. Supp 1992, Section 1361 et seq."EGID" means the Employees Group Insurance Department."EBD" means the Employee Benefits Department."Director" means the Director of the EBD."Flexible Benefits Plan" means the Flexible Benefits Plan authorized pursuant to the State Employees Flexible Benefits Act as modified by the provisions under the State Employees Benefits Act."Rules" mean the Rules of the EBD.
