SECTION 260:45-1-3. Rules, cumulative

- The Employees Group Insurance Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services hereinafter "EGID" will, from time to time, adopt handbooks, policies and procedures for the implementation of the rules set forth herein. Nothing in this chapter shall be read, interpreted, understood or applied so as to affect the validity and enforceability of any additional requirements, statutes, rules or regulations of any other governmental entity, public agency or instrumentality which may be otherwise applicable to those transactions, conduct and facilities regulated herein. The rules in this title shall not be deemed cumulative and supplemental but shall replace all previously promulgated rules of this agency.
