SECTION 260:45-5-8. Scheduling of hearings

All requests for hearings assigned to the three [3] member Grievance Panel shall be presented to, and heard by the Grievance Panel in open court within sixty [60] days of receipt of the properly submitted written request, unless the matter is: settled to the satisfaction of both parties; continued by agreement of the parties; or the Panel orders a continuance for good cause shown.
