SECTION 260:90-5-2. Contents of application
Latest version.
- The application shall be verified, and shall contain the following information, together with any additional information that the agency may require:(1) Name of the applicant;(2) Mailing Address;(3) Address of all locations that the applicant proposes to engage in the installation or modifications of vehicles using an alternative fuel; and(4) The type of service, set forth specifically, which the applicant intends to perform and the type of permit that the applicant seeks to secure, such as LPG, CNG, LNG, EV or other alternative fuel.
