SECTION 265:1-1-6. Assistant State Fire Marshal

The Commission shall appoint a full-time Assistant State Fire Marshal upon recommendations from the State Fire Marshal. (Other than the provisions outlined by statute, the Commission may also require additional qualifications of the Assistant State Fire Marshal. [74 O.S., Section 324.4]
