SECTION 265:25-1-7. Access control

All occupancies under the jurisdiction of the State Fire Marshal's Office with access controlled entrance and/or egress must initially make contact with the appropriate fire alarm company to discuss proper connections. Plans must be submitted to and reviewed for approval by the State Fire Marshal's Office. All permitting requirements are identified on the State Fire Marshal's Office website. NFPA 72, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, International Building Code and International Fire Code.
