SECTION 265:3-3-9. Transcripts

  •   An official transcript of the proceedings before the Fire Marshal shall be electronically recorded. The state fire marshal shall designate the person by whom the recorded proceedings shall be made. A party shall be entitled to a certified copy of the recorded oral proceedings and/or transcript of the recorded oral proceedings upon request, but shall be obligated to pay for the cost incurred in obtaining either. Request for transcripts should be made through the office of the State Fire Marshal either on the record or in writing. If either party to the proceeding requests a court reporter, the requesting party shall be obligated to pay for the costs incurred. That portion of the hearing constituting adjudicative or quasi adjudicative deliberations of the State Fire Marshal shall not be reported.
