SECTION 268:1-2-1. Council chair

In accordance with 74 O.S., Section 325.1., after the initial appointments to the Council have been made and at the beginning of each fiscal year thereafter, the Council shall select from among its membership a chairperson. In addition, the Council shall also elect another member to serve as vice chairperson, and the vice chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson in the absence of the chairperson.
