SECTION 268:2-5-3. Description of main office operations

- (1) identifying firefighter training needs and setting the firefighter training goals for all firefighters in the State of Oklahoma(A) that shall be known as Training Task Force;(B) which shall consist of a wide representation of the types of departments, as well as having wide geographic representation from across the state;(C) which shall meet on an as-needed basis for a minimum of four times a year; and(D) which may choose to establish sub-committees on specific topics, as needed.(2) addressing incentive programs related to firefighter training for all firefighters in the State of Oklahoma(A) that shall be known as Committee on Incentive Programs;(B) which shall consist of a wide representation of the types of departments, as well as have wide geographic representation from across the state;(C) which shall meet on an as-needed basis for a minimum of twice a year; and(D) which may choose to establish sub-committees on specific topics, as needed.(3) addressing recognition programs related to firefighter training in the State of Oklahoma(A) that shall be known as Committee on Recognition Programs;(B) which shall consist of a wide representation of the types of departments, as well as have wide geographic representation;(C) which shall meet on an as-needed basis for a minimum of twice a year; and(D) which may choose to establish sub-committees on specific topics, as needed.
