SECTION 268:6-5-2. Methodology for development of other potential recognition programs

(a) The Council On Firefighter Training is interested investigating potential program(s) that are anticipated to increase the level of firefighter training for Oklahoma's firefighters, such as a new statewide recognition program to honor those individuals who have made significant contributions to firefighter training in their lives.
(b) In line with COFT's charge to make recommendations to the Governor, the President Pro Tempore, and the Speaker of the House as stated in H in 74 O.S., Section 325.1., the Council On Firefighter Ttraining shall recommend those new recognition program(s) which have been examined for their feasibility with regard their anticipated impact and costs.
