SECTION 280:10-1-3. Reciprocity

Latest version.

(a)   Resident of non-licensing state. An applicant who is a resident of a state which does not have a licensing law, will not be granted reciprocity in Oklahoma, even though he/she does hold a license or licenses from another state or states.
(b)   Board action required. An application for reciprocity shall be acted upon by the Board.
(c)   Oklahoma resident licensed elsewhere. A resident of Oklahoma, licensed in another state, cannot practice in Oklahoma under the reciprocity provision.
